User data deletion

Use this page to ask Sanibel Chiropractic to delete information collected from the website contact form or from a Facebook / Instagram connection used in our practice admin tools.

1. Email doctorgwalsh@gmail.com with the subject line Data deletion request.
2. Include your name, the email you used, and whether the request is for a website inquiry, a Facebook Page connection, or Instagram.
3. We will confirm the request and delete stored records within 30 days, unless a legal or clinical record must be retained.

You can also call 239-472-0900. This page exists so Meta / Facebook App Review can verify how users request deletion.
